COMPANY INTRODUCTION / GROUP & SUBSIDIARY

A precision machining group behind every project

Mingkai Ruida pairs the manufacturing depth of Chengdu Xinxing Machinery with dedicated aerospace tooling sales and service.

Chengdu Xinxing Machinery Co., Ltd., our parent company, was founded in 1988 and covers an area of 12,000 square meters. Mingkai Ruida is its new subsidiary, responsible for sales and related services in the Yangtze River Delta as well as overseas markets.

The headquarters is staffed with 18 R&D engineers and 22 skilled workers with more than 20 years of working experience, and operates over 80 sets of machining and testing equipment. Core processing equipment includes large jig grinders, jig boring machines, wire EDM machines and vertical and horizontal grinders. Core inspection equipment comprises large metrology-grade CMMs, dynamic balancing machines, toolmakers' microscopes and length measuring machines. In total, more than 60 million RMB has been invested in technological innovation over the past decade.

Since establishment, the group has been committed to the R&D and manufacturing of medical and aerospace intelligent process equipment and on-board tools, with rich experience accumulated in electric control, hydraulic and pneumatic technologies. In 2020, we successfully developed a large hydraulic chuck with no external hydraulic power supply, filling a domestic market gap. In 2021, high-precision pre-indexing rotary tables and zero-point positioning fixtures were independently developed, realizing the localization of similar products.

MILESTONES / INDEPENDENT DEVELOPMENT

Localizing critical process equipment

Independent development work has closed domestic market gaps for large hydraulic chucks and precision positioning products.

  1. 2020

    Large hydraulic chuck

Developed a large hydraulic chuck with no external hydraulic power supply, filling a domestic market gap.

  2. 2021

Pre-indexing rotary tables and zero-point fixtures

Independently developed high-precision pre-indexing rotary tables and zero-point positioning fixtures, realizing the localization of similar products.

MANUFACTURING CONTEXT / RECOGNIZABLE RISKS

Problems that define the tooling requirement

The first conversation focuses on the condition to control, not on selecting a catalogue model.

Clamping deformation

Review geometry, references, process access and interfaces before the structure is developed.

Positioning deviation

Review geometry, references, process access and interfaces before the structure is developed.

Poor repeat accuracy

Review geometry, references, process access and interfaces before the structure is developed.

Low assembly consistency

Review geometry, references, process access and interfaces before the structure is developed.

Unstable production quality

Review geometry, references, process access and interfaces before the structure is developed.

CAPABILITY FLOW / CONNECTED STAGES

A shared path from brief to release

Each stage carries the same project boundary forward so decisions remain connected to the original application.

  1. 01

    Requirement

Review drawings, samples, processes and boundary conditions.

  2. 02

    Design

Develop the tooling structure and manufacturing approach.

  3. 03

    Machining

Produce and fit components to the approved design intent.

  4. 04

    Calibration

Check datums, interfaces and positioning requirements.

  5. 05

    Trial

Complete fit-up review and prepare the tooling for delivery.
