Precision-focused positioning
Tooling structures developed around part geometry, datum strategy and process access.
Custom High Precision Aerospace Jigs & Fixtures — slide 1 of 3
Tooling structures developed around part geometry, datum strategy and process access.
Support concepts selected to reduce unwanted movement and improve setup consistency.
Every project begins with drawings, samples, interfaces and real production constraints.
Inspection and verification steps are planned alongside design and manufacturing.
PRODUCT SYSTEM / SIX PATHS
Start with the operation you need to control. Each category leads to representative configurations based on client-supplied tooling imagery.

Purpose-built workholding for stable positioning during aerospace machining, assembly and inspection.

Custom guidance and location tooling developed around component geometry and process requirements.

Machining support tooling for complex profiles, thin-wall components and controlled multi-axis setups.

Alignment and fit-up tooling that supports controlled, repeatable aerospace component assembly.

Dedicated holding and reference tooling for dimensional, profile and repeatability checks.

Non-standard tooling configured around drawings, samples, equipment interfaces and site constraints.
COMPANY POSITIONING / PROJECT-LED
Mingkai Ruida is the sales and service subsidiary of Chengdu Xinxing Machinery Co., Ltd., a precision machining group founded in 1988 with a 12,000 square meter production base. The subsidiary serves the Yangtze River Delta and overseas markets with non-standard aerospace jigs, fixtures and tooling, backed by a group team of 18 R&D engineers, 22 experienced skilled workers and more than 80 sets of machining and testing equipment.

PROJECT DATUM / FIVE STAGES
The project path keeps geometry, interfaces, manufacturing and verification connected from the first review.
Review drawings, samples, processes and boundary conditions.
Develop the tooling structure and manufacturing approach.
Produce and fit components to the approved design intent.
Check datums, interfaces and positioning requirements.
Complete fit-up review and prepare the tooling for delivery.
REPRESENTATIVE TOOLING APPLICATIONS
These examples describe tooling contexts visible in the supplied imagery. They are not named customer projects or measured outcome claims.

REPRESENTATIVE APPLICATION
A representative aerospace fixtures application based on client-supplied tooling imagery.

REPRESENTATIVE APPLICATION
A representative aerospace jigs application based on client-supplied tooling imagery.

REPRESENTATIVE APPLICATION
A representative cnc tooling application based on client-supplied tooling imagery.
WORKSHOP EVIDENCE / PROJECT CONTEXT
Client-supplied factory photography provides context for machining, assembly, calibration and project handling.

QUALITY CONTROL / SEVEN CHECKPOINTS
Quality activities follow the client-approved sequence without adding unverified certifications or numerical tolerance claims.
Review structural behavior before manufacturing decisions are finalized.
Confirm incoming material against the approved project requirement.
Plan stress-relief processing where the selected material and structure require it.
Control critical dimensions through machining and intermediate checks.
Verify defined datums and dimensions using suitable inspection methods.
Review fit, access and intended operation before release.
Maintain project inspection and verification records through delivery.
